Thrash Metal

I should probably be starting with my journey on Metalcore. But Thrash Metal sounds better now, especially if some bands manage to thrash for 30 years. That's really good.

Anyways, I wanna share about the lyrics to a song by Slayer! :)
P.S. I don't condone Nazism. :)

Auschwitz, the meaning of pain
The way that I want you to die
Slow death, immense decay
Showers that cleanse you of your life
Forced in like cattle you run
Stripped of your life's worth
Human mice, for the Angel of Death
Four hundred thousand more to die
Angel of Death
Monarch to the kingdom of the dead
Sadistic, surgeon of demise
Sadist of the noblest blood
Destroying without mercy
To benefit the Aryan race
Surgery with no anesthesia
Feel the knife pierce you intensely
Inferior, no use to mankind
Strapped down screaming out to die
Angel of Death
Monarch to the kingdom of the dead
Infamous butcher
Angel of Death
Pumped with fluid, inside your brain
Pressure in your skull begins pushing through your eyes
Burning flesh, drips away
Test of heat burns your skin, your mind starts to boil
Frigid cold, cracks your limbs
How long can you last in this frozen water burial
Sewn together, joining heads
Just a matter of time till you rip yourselves apart
Millions laid out in their
Crowded tombs
Sickening ways to achieve
The Holocaust
Seas of blood, bury life
Smell your death as it burns deep inside of you
Abacinate, eyes that bleed
Praying for the end of your wide awake nightmare
Wings of pain, reach out for you
His face of death staring down, your blood running cold
Injecting cells, dying eyes
Feeding on the screams of the mutuats he's creating
Pathetic harmless victims
Left to die
Rancid Angel of Death
Flying free
Angel of Death
Monarch to the kingdom of the dead
Infamous butcher
Angel of Death
Angel of Death

Immaturity A Paradox?

Immaturity itself is a screwed up thing to discuss in the first place. However, what exactly defines that then? It's tough to define its true meaning. Or maybe its true meaning is esoteric to many.

So there's this guy who was waiting to purchase his laptop. So in the position of trying to be helpful, I recommended a VAIO to him. Well, not that it suits him since Sony products are usually designed and constructed for the most sophisticated. The one who blesses themselves with the esoteric truth about electronics. So what's that about? Okay, he went on to tell his parents. What can I say? Mummy's boy. Anyways, one day, he messaged me saying that I would be real jealous of him soon as he's gonna get the VAIO I wanted.

[Pause] VAIO I wanted and he's gonna just get it. Just like that? Okay well, but I would be say this guy is one hell of an asshole by saying that to me.

That was weeks ago until yesterday when he bought it a the IT Show. Well, seriously man, it doesn't suit him. You gotta need a kind of maturity and level of substance to use a VAIO man. And did I mention that since Sony designs all their products to seamlessly work together, he isn't pushing it to the fullest potential. Come on, what can you do with a VAIO and a cheap Samsung HDTV or a screwed up PSP?

So to keep this damn thing short, he doesn't bloody deserve it. Hell no, at least not on my count.

Alone

The atmosphere of being alone is the darkness enveloping around me. It seems like I am wandering around like a lost soul that just exited hell. Filled with obfuscation and the mixed feelings intertwined in me, it is indescribable to note the true feelings in me. The anguish coupled with the ubiquitous devastation of failure is overwhelming. Anger, revenge, indigence are all rolled into one as a package.

The inundation is incomparable to almost all the sorts of different feelings I have ever experienced. Of course, I cannot throw in the towel. That is tantamount to admitting defeat. Okay, I'm not going to start lamenting on all my troubles. Though it is lamentable that such things are very irritating to the extent that I feel like giving up, it does inadvertently make me stronger.

Okay, there is a limit and extent to the amount of stress a human can take. Now, I feel alone, literally alone. Concern, care etc. do not seem to exist for me now. Okay, probably they do exist in terms of family support. But other than that, there are no other support. Even the strongest person in the world needs support at times. That is inevitable.

I try to be an assiduous student in terms of academics and CCA. But now? Not only do I not receive the commendations but instead I take the full blow of seeing how my pride falls before me. The inexorable truth that hits me like a train at high speed is indeed excruciating. It feels like salt rubbed on a seared flesh on your body. Thereupon, pain surges through the body. Blood boiling like lava spurting on the floor. One's inner organs are then upturned and a spear thrusts in mercilessly into the heart. The red liquid starts to evoke out of the body. Of course, the effluence is gross but the bottom line of this paragraph is to reinforce the pain I felt today.
This is one of the worst pains I have felt in years.

Nonetheless, the pain lingers on like a bug. I really, really have no intention of giving up. However, the mere thought of not being duly rewarded for my hard work, it is heart wrenching.
I admit I have had thoughts of eliminating my opposition like Daniel Toh. But he is my friend. I do consider him my friend despite him not trusting me. With respect to the fact that he is my friend, I do not intend to inflict any harm upon him.

This incident somehow might have incited me to become a malevolent soul. The chronic disturbance of revenge is rooted within me. Its existence is a thorn in my flesh. The perpetual pain is inextricably linked to me.

I do really feel alone now.

To Hell With That or Embrace?

Now this is gonna be a tough dilemma, probably one of the very few times where I have to decide upon it alone. I must be pragmatic, decide what is best for all of us. Weigh the odds.

That is probably the worst thing I can ever do. How the hell am I gonna find out the correct solution to this perplexing problem? I did try to salvage the situation but to no avail.

To Hell With That or Embrace?

That's something to ponder about. I really want to salvage this. But all of us needs to play a part. Otherwise, it will be fruitless.

So please. Let me send this message to the 3 of you guys. My friends. Give me the chance for a reunion.

Listen to Someday by Nickelback to get the gist of the message.

Clairvoyance

Details are always seemingly hidden away from our view. Take it as a source, a recording or subtle details in a painting. These details are hid away inconspicuously. At first, it looks like an innocuous piece of art and yet upon closer scrutinizing, we begin to see how the mysterious elements unfold.

Sometimes, we have to be a clairvoyant. We know not how to solve our very own inner mysteries at times because we ourselves do not know who we are up against. Paintings are also similar. The details are hidden well within the painting. I'm not a conspiracy theorist but then again, it is such an analogy that I am bringing forth to all of us. Do we not notice details well enough and tend to generalize? Do not get me wrong here. Generalizing is not a bad thing. But sometimes it is inevitable to seek out details even the most minute of details.

From Santi's earthly tomb to Demon's Hole,
'Cross Rome the mystic elements unfold.
The path of light is laid, the sacred test,
Let angels guide you on your lofty quest.

When you can't lead by example;Intimidate

So I'm back after a 3 month hiatus. This time, it's a turn for the worse. How would you lead your life if you realise that you have ''friends'', nothing's going your way and how screwed up your very own country is?

I swear this is bullshit. Fucking bullshit. When you think of how your ''friends'' are always lingering around you and when you lend them a helping hand. You think you had fostered a new bond with them. But that was not to be. That was merely a facade on their part. Now you might think, okay look you're too sensitive. Okay, well maybe I am. But I rather believe that I'm sensitive than put it pass them that they are insincere. Maybe that's because of the lack of parental love. But I won't blame them since my parents are busy. Conversely, I would embrace that.

To me, I would say this country is a fucking hellhole. I would really love to get the fuck out. I would not feel one tinge of poignant regret. In fact, I would be thanking anyone who gets me out of here.

On the other hand, on something totally unrelated, probably something I've been harping upon since God knows when. Electronics. People should start incorporate Wikipedia or some sort of official website to learn about technologies out there instead of relying upon deceptive salesmen. Those websites as aforementioned would guide you to such esoterica such as the science behind the sound, the precocious technologies available out there in the REAL world and still on the drawing board. Nonetheless, those information would naturally give us an insight of how the hell those seemingly idiosyncratic technologies work. You might say Physics tell you these. Unfortunately, if one wants to learn those technologies early, secondary Physics probably would not help. By the time one reaches university, the technologies which one wants to learn more about would be history.

On a lighter note, how far would you go to save someone you love?

What Would Be The Path To Sony?

I don't know. I'm feeling lost. I need a path to Sony. But that path seems to be deluding me. I feel like a lost bird in the jungle unsure of the next move. I want a straight path. As such it seems that my plan has been thwarted time and time again. Someone tell me how do I get to Sony? A definite path to Sony. Let's do this.

Today, when I went out with a friend and supposedly met him at Kallang MRT station. I was loitering over there hanging around. Ya know. The normal boring shit. Just then when I put a call through to Sony inquiring about the PC Show 2010, I noticed a teenage couple who walked past me. Hell there were a lot shorter. But ya know what? The male lead went to top-up his card then walked away but then halted directly in front of me. Just a few meters away from me. Guess what, they embraced in a hug and eyes closed for 3 secs. Then their lips connected in a passionate kiss. Probably even tongues were intertwined. But why am I mentioning all this for? Is it that significant? I don't know. Somehow that very image has been captured by my brain and sent to the permanent hard disk. Their actions were astounding. I mean like kissing in public? Hugging in public? I got to really hand it to them. That somehow struck a chord in my heart. Let's me reminiscent upon my own interpersonal relationships. And it dawned upon me. Love can be that fragile. Takes a millennium to succeed but a second to break it. Don't know what I'm gonna get from this incident but I suppose...
I swear I'm feeling fucked up.

P.S. E3 2010 is sure as hell better than PC Show 2010 in Singapore.

Boys & Girls

Haha though it's a song by Ayumi Hamasaki, I suppose somehow it does relate to my life. Nothing to do with the lyrics. But more like it's the literal meaning of those words.

Okay maybe we weren't meant for each other. But not that I give a damn now right? Thought I admit seeing you enjoying yourself in Shanghai gives me the feeling that somehow you're nothing but a faint little star, I'm still willing to relish those moments that I spent chatting with you. A dream in reality. But then again, I suppose it would not work out. We are not a match in heaven. Wait up where's this going? Match made in heaven? Erm, that sounds a little effusive don't ya think?

Words That Sting or Words That Comfort

Words itself is void of emotion. No sense of style or feelings that exudes from it but instead it carries the emotion from the sender. In fact the words that are said are not all the time accurate. The sender's personality comes into play too.

Let me give you an example. If a person who's non-driven and has the I-don't-want-to-learn attitude, would say, ''...'' or ''okay'' or probably some sort of boring answer. On the contrary, a person with an opposite character would reply, ''Hell alright! Let's do this!''.

Most of the time we look at the sender before we take note of what they say. Naturally, the sender's characters are already imbued within our minds. From there, our supercomputer in the head processes the words and whatever the character of the person who sent, we imagine as if he/she is directly saying it to us. The words would then carry the newly acquainted emotion drive and the message would either comfort or sting.

An eccentric thing about human nature would be sometimes words that are meant to comfort which are said by the opposite gender works wonders. Don't get me wrong. I ain't scouting for some girl to listen to my problems. Though I would flinch at that offer, I'll still pass. But then again... Err never mind. Wouldn't want anyone to come after me mentioning names. HAHA

Saturday, June 5, 2010

I don't care anymore. It just seems to be one-sided thing. I'm always the one giving. But no one returns the fucking favour. I give and no one appreciates. I help and no one flinches at it. You fuckers all take it for granted. I take minimal and you fuckers say I'm anti-social.

Don't you see the reason at times why I retreat back to my space at times? There must be a reason right? The whole point is that sometimes one cannot just see everything on the surface. You have to delve beneath the surface. I swear it's fucking exasperating for me to keep putting on a happy face and face you motherfuckers. And when I put on a straight face, you think I'm putting on a goddamn attitude. For fuck's sake, there must be a fucking reason don't ya think? I fucking it ain't good to make friends in Singapore. A bunch of liars for friends, a group dedicated to manipulate you and a fucking organization to enmesh you.

You might counter this post by saying, but it's you most of the time who reject outings. I agree that's true. But don't ya think sometimes there's a fuckin' reason behind that too? Don't you fuckers realize I only go out with people whom I really know well? Don't you fuckers realize I hate to go along every time? I prefer to make my own way. I don't fucking like to follow another fucker's instruction. I feel as if it's an obstruction of my authority. Call me an autocratic or an authoritarian 'cos personally i don't give a fuck.

Do whatever you want. I don't care. Think of me what exactly you perceive me to be. As far as I'm fucking concerned whatever you think of me to be, you're a hell lot worse. I don't care anymore about you fuckers. The truth hurts. And this is what I've been wanting to tell you fuckers. Peace is nothing but a fabrication of the truth.

A Helping Hand

A helping hand is a good thing I suppose. Eons ago, I was entrusted with the task of changing a person. Okay I wasn't exactly entrusted but more like I had the choice to.

Though I don't think I'm obliged to help, it might be an eye-opening experience when trying to change someone. Although I hate him at times for screwing around with my passion, I can't exactly blame him for everything. Despite it being a daunting task, I suppose I can help him? Even if I do, I wouldn't want to help all the way to the end. I ain't being coerced by anyone to do this right?

But then again, despite my ranting on, I hope that everything would be fine? Though, I think I still ain't obliged, I'll just do whatever I can.

I wanna go to Wisma Atria again man. I have to yet to compare the two flagship headphone models yet. I hope to go there again this weekend. :D Then once I can make my choice (though I don't think it can be done within one trip down due to the exorbitant price), I wanna head down to the Marina Bay Skypark haha. Though it's gonna be a sweltering afternoon, I might wanna go up there since 57 floors up in the sky should be cooling. But then again without a good Cyber-Shot or Sony Alpha DSLR, it would be such a waste to not capture the sweet panorama view. Such a spectacular landscape that one could easily relish the city skyline and enjoy a breath-taking view of the horizon.

Life In The Express Lane

Friends? I think I did a post that reminiscent this before. Sometimes we go through life too quickly and forget where we are and friends that we have. Okay maybe sometimes we overlook all these things inadvertently. But it ain't our fault right? I suppose such things are inevitable. At times nostalgia does hit you but life being in the express lane really zooms past really swiftly. One can't do anything about it. It is June now. The mid part of the year. 5 months from now, I'm gonna be a graduate from 'O' Levels. The thing is that I hope everything would be like the present. No change whatsoever. Astounded? I hope not.

I had been thinking over the course of the past few days. What would it be like for life to be in the supine lane? People told me to eat slowly, enjoy the sumptuous food. People tell me let life slow down and enjoy the beauty of Mother Nature. People tell me to live life in a composed manner. Then I would be able to appreciate the grandeur of cosmos. Maybe I should start my quest on that. Live life in the slow lane. It will be a edifying experience like no other I hope?

Though living in the slow lane would prove to be unparalleled sometimes living in the fast lane would seemingly prove our worth and ultimately affirm ourselves.

P.S. And to the two of you abroad? Have a stupefying day back in your own soil. Besides, although it ain't Japan, China and Taiwan are equally unsurpassed. Of course it's envisioned that you girls wouldn't drop by here on this blog. But then again, I'm still trying to keep my fingers crossed and look up to the heavens above one day and ask you, '' Do you see the same star as me? 'Cos if you do then it shows our heart is beating as one don't you think? Sounds saccharine? How nice would it be to let our hearts give off a resounding wave that reflects off the star our eyes are fixated upon and reflect back to you?''

Someone guess who's ''you'' and leave a tag :P

Focused Onto One-track

Specialization is what I seek. It's a sort of thing that mixes very well with me, just like honey and water. Anyways, people say that I'm too specialized into something in this scenario, it's technology. Technology itself is a very big word. It can mean many different things. There's audio to video to coding to the very technical based theories that involves Physics. Either way, I love specializing in the realm of audio and video. Though I'm getting myself involved in coding too 'cos of Sony, I hope it wouldn't be a ephemeral kinda thing. Thus far, the coding that I saw so far looks quite interesting. I admit I'm intrigued. Of which, I wanna be thrown into the coding world immersing myself in the realm of decoding and coding. Somehow there's this unspeakable aura where when the codes are all set in stone, they decode perfectly. Such an unremarkable feat. * Applause*

Anyways, being on the technical side is what is in store for me. Many disrespect, make snide remarks, smirk when they see technical people. Okay maybe they are delinquents but if you look at the upper echelon like the designers and engineers, they are definitely the sort that have the brains that makes engineering such a marvel.

Of course, the lawyers, doctors and all the other jobs, executives all give a devilish smile when they see the engineers and designers. But, but have they ever thought the products that they use are exactly the works of the engineerings and designers? Don't snigger but remember that appreciating everything around you is that of a work of art. Indulge yourself.

Specialization & Technicalization

Feelings of friendship?

Well sometimes, we take what we can get right? So melodramatic. Besides, you guys are overcompensating. I don't bother with outings. Sorry man. Partying and Truman don't mix. Anyways, I rejected my junior outright upon his invitation to a Peer Leader BBQ. No thanks man. Somehow I don't ever feel belonged to anywhere. As in seriously anywhere. But that's awesome. I prefer to loiter in the shadows and a silhouette to represent me instead. That's what Truman is. A shadow in the light. I would to keep it that way. :D Maybe it's just me or Daniel's right. I feel precarious whenever I'm in congregations. There's this unwavering feeling that is incessant and doesn't seem to cease to exist. It lingers on as if it tries to etch itself within my memory. Okay you may think I'm losing my mind. But on the contrary, I ain't. Matter of fact, I intend to keep it that way. I don't see anything wrong with myself so far from doing all this. Keeping myself away from the limelight has always been what I seek. I always wait in the background and contemplate. I don't bother making an entrance and even I do, I make my own way, of which it's definitely a grand entrance filled with grandeur. I never seek to make a mark but if I do it's either necessary or I'm doing it to impress.

But that's besides the point. The point is that it's hard to understand others and it's even harder to understand ourselves. Therefore, I think even if I'm gonna lose ALL my friends of which I feel/think it's partially true or necessary. Every time I see others like RGS NCC (Air) Batch ('cos they first struck me into writing this post) having outings and all like today, I thought why couldn't I do that too? Be that united. An unbreakable bond. But then it dawned upon me why should I care? I do admit I was skeptical. But then again............. I was offered by Siak Wei and Imaan at times. But I declined 'em of course. Maybe it's just my dignity or I'm playing hard to get. By either way............. That's me. Yours truly.

This could be heartbreaking but all in all, I'll just need family and Sony.

Sony

Whoops sorry to those who didn't see my previous post. But well it's damn emotional. So yeah. Maybe it ain't really for your eyes either. So don't fret. Besides, it's time to talk about Sony again. :D I was browsing through their general catalogue and realised that although they had promotions for the VAIO (Video Audio Intelligence Organiser) previously know as the (Video Audio Integrated Operation) they didn't have it for the Headphones line-up. That's sad man. I always wanted the MDR-EX700SL which retails at a whooping $449 and the MDR-NC300D which is peddling at $559. Yep open those eyes. They are all in the high hundreds. I mean I can't help it. I'm an audiophile while that's what people call me. They are overcompensating but why not? Haha, I'm damn ego nowadays. I wouldn't mind being conferred upon a title of an Audiophile. :D Besides, EX series which has the tagline of ''For Perfect Sound'' really lives up to its name. If the 13.5mm driver unit already produces such acute sound, what would a 16mm driver unit produce? For your information, I have always taken a liking to in-ear headphones not the headphones (the big large ones over your head). Anyways for achieving sonic perfection EX series is the best there is from Sony. For noise canceling the MDR-NC300D can cancel up to 98.4% which is damn awesome for a in-ear earphones. And it comes with Dynamic Normalizer and S-Master Digital Amplifier built-in. Believe it or not. Well considering the fact that they are both flagship models, one wouldn't flinch at its unprecedented sound quality. Its aberrant construction is really a marvel of Japanese engineering in this case. Sony.
